by citizens and expired during treatment at a hospital in Gujranwala on Thursday.

ahid after he was caught red handed in Civil Lines area on Wednesday-Thursday midnight.
The tortured victim was shifted to Civil Hospital in critical condition where he succumbed to his injuries during treatment an
d died.
