ISLAMABAD: Parents of Tayyaba, a tortured house maid
while challenging indictment has filed compromise deed once again in Islamabad High Court (IHC).
Hearing of the Tayyaba torture case took place on day to day basis in IHC
while Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani heard the case.
Parents of the minor maid girl
while challenging indictment of Raja Khurram
and his wife took the plea that a false case has been registered against Raja Khurram
and his wife adding that both have no relevance with the incident of Tayyaba torture.
Parents of Tayyaba filed the compromise deed in the court praying they want to pursue the case no more.

It is pertinent to mention here that Chief Justice of Pakistan had taken suo motto notice of torture agai
nst minor maid girl Tayyaba .The case was later given to the IHC.
